Krista earned her Master’s of Nursing from Idaho State University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. She has lived in the Lewis-Clark Valley since 1981 and has experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, allergy and asthma, and student health. From the time she entered nursing school she had a desire to pursue advanced nursing practice that would allow her the privilege of educating patients and assisting individuals with preventive health maintenance and disease management. She believes that healthcare is a dynamic, ever-changing field where the patient and the healthcare provider are a team that together determines an individualized plan of care.
Krista enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, their children and grandchildren.
